Creativity Has Returned--At Least for Stacy!

I knew Stacy would go home the other day and keep working until she got some cards cranked out and boy are they cute! She's been a stamping queen! I on the other hand, have still done diddly. I just need to get going again. Stacy was sure an inspiration. Take a look! Wow!

I have been crazy, busy and will post a blog candy soon. You all are so awesome to come and visit. Stay tuned.

You are Close to My Heart,
Yvonne

Ok, ok, hmmm, maybe I will get the nerve up to start a blog one of these days, but for now here is a quick run down on "the green card" first of all I "stole" the idea from papercraft mag. so whoever the "real" artist is "thanks" I used a background paper from the heritage paper pack and stamped the background in olive w/ a stamp from Rustic Flowers (I think it was March stamp of the month) the tag I cut from olive cardstock and matted on colonial white then stamped in olive with a stamp from the old poinsetta stamp set(can't rem. the name)then distressed with choc. The tree it a cut from colonial white (it took several tries to get a shape I liked) &distressed w/ choc. ink, I use a brown pen to draw the lines, the star is stamped in choc. on choc. cardstock, from the Holiday Jubilee stamp set. The tag also has a strip of twill (also from CTMH) across the bottom. The green ribbon is from Dollar General and the word JOY is brown stickers from C.M. Oh and the tree trunk is just a scrap from cutting out the tree that I inked w/ choc. TAADAA :0)
